Is it possible to replace the CPU and install a newer model to make Windows 11 working?

    Not easily. To take a TC-780 and make it compatible with Windows 11 requires you to replace the motherboard and CPU, and very likely the memory as well. You would likely be able to keep the drive and the power supply, but the rest has to go. If you are enough of a techie, you can do it, but it's so much easier to just buy a newer machine, after all the TC-780 came out in 2016, which makes it 9 years old… That's like 180 years in people time. 😊

    Upgrading the CPU in a laptop is generally not possible because most processors are soldered to the motherboard, making replacement impractical.
