ANV15-51 Problem with i5 13420h throttling for no reason

The problem is quite easy to detect, I simply start playing anything and after a certain amount of minutes, about 2 or 3, the CPU simply locks at 30W or less. The clocks drop to 3200 or 3000MHz and the CPU doesn't have extravagant temperatures, mostly 70 degrees, and before making the sudden drop it works at about 78-80 degrees while playing, which is a normal temperature and is fully functional. I've tried everything to solve it and nothing. I wanted to know if it could be a problem with the charger. The original is 135W and maybe it can't supply all the power needed by both the CPU and graphics, which are about 60W and 75W separately.

Together, the most I've seen they reach is 30W and 70W, so I also thought they would be limited to a combined consumption of 100W, which is stupid because it's impossible, I can't take advantage of the capacity. Please, I need help with this now. I don't know what else to do and it's very ANNOYING, I've updated the BIOS and I've done everything and nothing solves the problem.

Note and emphasize that the performance loss is HUGE, removing the E cores helps but it still locks at 30w and after a while the performance is also reduced, is there any way to solve this forever without having to fiddle with throttlestop every so often or having to disconnect and connect the charger for it to restart and the cpu returns to its normal state

Post a screenshot of the ThrottleStop TPL window so I can see your settings.

Clear the Disable Controls box and check the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window. This can help with some power limit throttling problems. Turn on the ThrottleStop Log File option so you have a record of your computer's performance and any reasons for throttling. You can copy and paste the log file data to,
