I got a new Predator Orion 3000 (PO3-655) just 3 weeks ago and even when I start it goes up to 75-90 degrees,

It even reached 100 when trying to work on a video with capcut.. my older Pc with even worse parts didn't get to temperatures like this.

I have it standing on my desk and even with fans on max it hits those temps (also who runs those on max it's like an airplane turbine.-.)

Is this a known issue or did I just get unlucky with my buy?

The Predator Orion PO3-655 desktop has the Intel 14th Gen cpu's that have the Intel voltage and overheating issues, its essential that you update the bios to the last PO3-655 bios version 1.03 that fixed the cpu microcode issue with the new version 0x12B update and make sure that you have the latest Win-11 24H2 OS updated to the last OS build: 26100.3775 as all this is essential for proper functionality of your desktop.

Also, I would upgrade the PO3-655's desktop oem 65W COOLER WITH RGB LIGHTING cpu cooler to the excellent dry cpu cooler from Noctual the model NH-U9S chromax.black that has a twin fan option for extra cooling or the bigger fan NH-U12S chromax.black that both firt and you don't need to take the mainboard out, as Noctua has all the adapter and plates to fit these coolers stright onto the cpu for better cpu cooling. Doing these two things will make your PO3-655 function perfectly and at least 30°C or more cooler. Good luck and hope this helps you out to solve this problem.

I already upgraded the BIOS but it still overclocks the cpu's frequency..
The Windows update I download as of now.

Should I just dont use the Pc till I get the fan now? The temps are really worrying xd

These cpu's are designed to work to a cpu shutoff temp of 110°C, so I wouldn't worry about it as the desktop will regulate its oem cpu cooler to cool as much as it can with that oem setup and if its in danger of any temp damage the OS will shut down, this is both for the cpu and gpu. But get the upgrade of the Noctua NH-U9S cpu cooler with the twin fans as that is the best upgrade for this desktop as its even better than an AIO water cooling setup.
