I can't find a way to wake up my ANV15-51 laptop from sleep mode.
Here is my configuration:
- Windows 11
- Laptop is connected to external HDMI display, USB mouse and USB keyboard.
- Laptop lid is closed (as I use the external display).
- Laptop goes to sleep mode using the Windows Start menu, Sleep.
While the laptop is in sleep mode, I click the mouse or press a key on the keyboard. The mouse or keyboard is activated briefly (I see LEDs lightning up for a second), and turned back off. The laptop doesn't wake up.
To wake the laptop up, I have to open the lid - which is not what I want to do.
The setup was working as expected with a previous laptop.
Detailed system configuration:
- Device Manager: for both the mouse and the keyboard > Properties > Power management > Allow this device to wake the computer from sleep mode (option checked).
- Power plans > Advanced power settings > USB settings > USB selective suspend setting > On battery: Disabled and Plugged in: Disabled.
Any help is appreciated!
