TC-7800 Displays Graphics in Win 10 Safe Mode Only

I am desperate for help addressing this frustrating problem. My TC-7800 boots up Win 10, but the onboard graphics do not display anything unless I reboot into Safe Mode. I tried to download the graphics driver, but its impossible win safe mode. I don't have another Windows PC to get the drivers, if that's even the problem.

I've tried SFC and DISM, and I've run virus scan on the entire HD - with nothing identified.

I will be really happy if f anyone has experienced this problem and knows of a solution (besides recycling) this soon to be brick.

Update to my OP: I tried installing the intel drivers for the Intel HD Graphics 630 card, but got an error message that said, to paraphrase, the driver is locked and can only be updated from Acer. So I am stuck and would appreciate any advice.

    TIA,

    Umrk

TC-780 maybe? I don't know of a TC-7800 model. There was also a TC-780A model line. Some of these came with a GPU card installed. Does your have one?

#9 above. If so, the onboard HDMI ports (#2) would be disabled at boot.

    Hello Billsey,

You are right. It's a TC-780 (KBL) with an Intel HD Graphics 630 card to be specific. And yes, then graphics card is on the MB. But the HDMI port has functioned cup until today. Why would it suddenly be disabled at boot? Anyway, everything I've tried, including uninstalling the Intel driver dated 7/17/2017, version 22.20.16.4735 has failed. Even tho I found the driver on Intel.com, the install failed because Acer locked the driver. So, if you know any way around this, please let me know.
