Hello everyone, is there a big difference between the PO7-650 and PO7-655 with XMP ? I would also change my ram because it runs only with 4400 Mhz ! My Predator 7000 has an i7-14700 KF and RTX 4090. Which kind of DDR5 with RGB Light matches exactly to my Orion 7000

    @Dominik98

    The difference between the Acer Predator Orion 7000 PO7-650 and PO7-655 primarily lies in the RAM configuration and potentially the CPU and graphics card, with the 655 often offering a higher RAM speed and/or capacity with XMP. While both models are high-performance gaming PCs, the 655's XMP support can lead to slightly faster memory speeds and improved performance in certain workloads.

    Here's the memory specification details for PO7-650

    Both the Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR5 and Acer Predator Vesta II RGB DDR5 are good options.
    The Predator Vesta II is a safe bet optimized for Acer Desktop. If you prefer wider compatibility & slightly better pricing, Kingston Fury Beast RGB is excellent. Avoid mismatched speeds if your laptop supports only 4800MHz, buying 5600MHz may downclock it.

    Thx, but its an desktop not an laptop ! I think 5600 or 6000 Mhz is more than enough for gaming. I actually play on 2560x1440p 240 Hz G Sync Ultra with DLS on Ultra performance. i hope the ram upgrade runs well i dont want to destroy my predator :(
