I am repairing a XF273 that has a bad mainboard. I have been referenced by Acer Support to reach out to CapitalData for assistance sourcing a replacement mainboard for this display. I have reached out to CapitalData at least 6 times, from phone calls to emails, and they have not answered anything over the past month.
Acer support keeps telling me to reach out to CapitalData, yet I keep explaining they do not respond. I am trying to give these people my money to obtain a replacement mainboard. Who do I need to contact to get a replacement mainboard, because CapitalData is absolutely useless.
