My "SNID" Is XXXXMy Ser# is DTSRQAA014XXXX

Let's get this straight, the above is not a mistake, I have tried everything but Acer says this is wrong numbers. I cannot register the product, I cannot find the proper downloads. I did upgrade to win 10, but now it looks as if I have to upgrade to win 11. I cannot do that, without upgrading my bios, as there are missing components for win 11. Yes, I have tried all the "find my ser# fixes suggested by Acer. Whats Next?

The Acer Aspire TC-605 series was released around 2013-2014, and since Acer typically removes drivers/BIOS for models older than 5-7 years, official support has ended—but you can still find legacy drivers through third-party source. You can upgrade to Windows 11 if supported and allow Windows Update to install default drivers. Here's the Acer download page Acer Download

Hi, besides BIOS, your desktop does not meet the official system requirements for Windows 11, primarily because it lacks TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and has a 4th-generation Intel chipset, whereas Microsoft requires an 8th-generation or newer.

Ya, see, Thats a big problem. As I stated, my ser# cannot be found. I guess like the next answer states, my P.C. is just too old. But I appreciate the answer

@ Puraw Ok, that answers my question. I thought up-dating my bios would give me the TPM 2.0 I needed. I'd still like to up-date it to the newest version bios. Without a ser# that works, I can't find an update though.

If you are going to try installing Windows 11 using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool. Make sure to back up your data, create a USB recovery media and proceed carefully to avoid any complications during the installation process.
