My Acer Exertis DQ.BM4EK.006 Desktop PC, turns on the caps lock at random times, I cannot figure out why this keeps coming on.

Can anyone help please?

You can try a hard reset, uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard driver, or running a keyboard troubleshooter as mentioned below.

Shut down your computer completely, unplug all peripherals, hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, and then restart.

    Uninstall and Reinstall Keyboard Driver:
Right-click on "Keyboards" in Device Manager, select your keyboard, and uninstall the driver. Then, restart your computer to allow Windows to automatically reinstall the driver.

    Run Keyboard Troubleshooter:
Windows has a built-in troubleshooter that can detect and fix keyboard issues. Search for "Troubleshoot" in the Start menu, select "Keyboard," and follow the on-screen instructions.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

I believe that is one of the C24-195ES models and it shouldn't do anything special with the keyboard. Did yours come with a wired or wireless keyboard? Have you tried swapping out to a different keyboard to see if the issue stays? I know on my system I tend to hit the caps lock key when I'm trying to press 'A', since they are close together.
