How do i fix my NitroSense? It says This computer is not supported. I have an AN515-57-74

every time i try oping my nitro sense it doesn't open so I deleted it and downloaded it say "sorry! This computer is not supported" what should I do I have an AN515-57-74

make sure that you have completely uninstalled the old NS first in Control Panel > Uninstall a program and then install the last PS for the AN515-57 laptop which is the version 3.01.3046_20220617, also make sure that you have the last bios version 1.20 installed. Try all that and see if it works, as this happened to my AN515-56 and I installed the NS within its folders the following way:

1. Open NS and click on the Nitro Sense_Acer_3.01.3046_20220617_W11x64_A folder
2. Then click on NitroSenseV3.1 folder
3. Then click on the file below

As afterwards when you click on the above file, an install windows should come up which is another way of installing the Nitro Sense in windows, I had to discover this out for myself and this method worked for my Nitro AN515-56 laptop, but I don't know if it will work for you. The Nitro Sense in these laptops is unfortunately is a hit and miss software that Acer has not had a solution for and this is very unfortunate. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.
