Is there anybody using a PHN16-72 and facing performance issues?

I ran Cinebench 2024 for my RTX 4070 and got only 8793 Points as compared to the expected score of 11500. The maximum wattage my GPU intakes is just 45-50Watts even though it is on power and Turbo mode activated. The same is for the CPU, power intake is less hence performance is very less. Any solutions to this issue?

In his UserBenchmark score, it shows that the memory is 1x16GB RAM, which means there is a single 16GB module installed in the laptop, running in single-channel mode. @Vexital05

    1. Actually, your laptop has 2 RAM slots, not 4. Task Manager and other software tools might interpret the motherboard's configuration differently than what is physically available.
    2. Dual channel ram configuration help GPU utilisations and reduce cpu bottleneck which indeed improve GPU performance. Also, dual channel is must if you want to play games at higher fps and smoothly.
    3. You can download the CPU-Z software, then go to the SPD tab to check the RAM specs. Ensure that in SPD tab only one slot is occupied with a size shown as 16GB, which means it's running in single-channel mode. From here, you can also check the RAM specs and purchase another compatible 16GB RAM module. If you have trouble finding the specs, you can post a screenshot of the SPD tab here, and I will tell you which RAM to buy.
