i have acer nitro v15 anv15-41 and its locked on 165hz i want lower refresh rates when im not using in charging how can i add lower refresh rates

Hi, right click on Windows Desktop and select Display Settings-Advanced Display, change the refresh rate to 60 Hz (see bottom, picture below).

You have to click on the arrow down to show the 60 Hz refresh option.

My monitor was also locked at 165Hz by default. You might want to check the Windows display settings to see if there are other refresh rate options available. Alternatively, you could try using third-party tools to manually add different refresh rates, but just be cautious when doing so!
