I can't update my laptop from Windows7 to Windows 10 for reason that Windows reports that the processor is not supported (NX).

Is someone having some experiences with this issue or is having some recommendations that I can do to be able to update to Windows 10?

This model has a Intel Core i3 CPUs, with a 2.5 GHz clock speed, that support NX (No-eXecute) bit, which is a security feature that Windows 10 uses, and thus can run. Windows 10 relies on the NX bit for security purposes, so processors that support it are compatible with Windows 10. The BIOS for this model does not have a option to enable NX or DXP.

It may take some time, you may follow the steps in this weblink. Get Windows 10 app reporting 'CPU not supported' Acer Aspire 5738Z

Windows 10 drivers for Acer Aspire 7739Z directly are not available on Acer's official downloads page, but you might need to find them on alternative websites or through Windows Update.

    Good luck!!

The first generation i3 CPUs, like the i3-370M, 380M and 390M are not supported with Windows 10. You need a newer generation. The same is true with the Pentium Dual Core P6100, P6200 and P6300, as well as the Celeron P4600. That is why you are running into that error.
