DVD/CD drive driver stopped working after MS update. How can I get a new driver?

This may have happened after a MS update…not sure. How do I get a new driver.

Serial: DTBGVAA002XXXXXXXXXXXX

SNID: XXXXXXXXXXX

    Uninstall and Reinstall the Driver:

    1. Open Device Manager, look for the "DVD/CD-ROM drives" section.
    2. Expand this section to see your DVD/CD drive listed. If there are issues, it might be marked with a warning symbol or an error message.
    3. Right-click the drive and select Uninstall device
    4. Restart your computer to let Windows reinstall the driver automatically
    5. Check if it start working.
