Just in the past few days I've had an issue with video and audio lagging (approximately 5 second lag per minute) when using my Samsung Earbuds. I've used them for the past 10 months that I've owned this chromebook without issues.

Please check if the videos and audio  play at normal speed when playing
through  the speakers on the  Chromebook.

If it plays fine through speakers, but play at a slower speed when connected to bluetooth, then your bluetooth device may have latency which leads the audio/video not being in sync.

You can try these troubleshooting steps.
Start by restarting both your Chromebook and your Samsung Earbuds. This can often resolve temporary glitches.
Ensure your Chromebook and the Samsung Earbuds are running the latest software versions. Check for updates in your Chromebook's settings and through the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app if you have one.

Ensure your Chromebook and earbuds are within a reasonable distance and that there aren't any objects, metals, walls, or people between them. Avoid using your earbuds near devices that may cause interference, such as other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, and wireless routers. Try resetting the Bluetooth connection on your Chromebook. You might need to remove the earbuds from the connected devices list and re-pair them.

Disable any audio enhancements or effects in your Chromebook's audio settings, as these can sometimes cause issues. Clear the cache of your Chromebook's Bluetooth settings. This can help resolve temporary issues.
