I have recived a defective television and acer customer service is not at all responding and providing solution. It's been more than 2 weeks. After numerous calls and emails they said tech will coke on 27th march but no one came. Day before yesterday tech came took videos and pic of television and said he will get it replaced. Since then no response from tech and customer service. When ever I call them from register number they place me on hold. I called from different number they ask me to explain everything from scratch and say they escalate and ask backend team to work. This is going on on everyday. I feel acer is cheating customers I see lot of bad review about acer in all websites. I don't who will help onnthis . I will file case in consumer court and sue acer for this

This is poor customer service any brand can provide.

    Hi @Bida322,

I am very sorry to hear this, unfortunately, the Acer Community is not a direct portal to Customer service, the Acer Forum Discussions were designed as a peer-to-peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users. Many Acer employees (Moderators), read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer employees interact with members when appropriate, primarily we want the community to be a place where members can exchange their own advice and ideas.

Only your local support services can help you with this, the community is not an escalation channel, unfortunately.

Note: This thread will be now closed.

Sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you,

    Regards,

    Samuel-Acer
