ESC key not working on Windows 11 and Linux Ubuntu. I have Nitro ANV16-41

I have Nitro ANV16-41, ESC key not working on Windows 11, while when I try on linux mint, it works normally. I tried updating driver, reinstall driver, upgrade BIOS, reinstall windows but not help. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Or do I need to claim warranty to get a new laptop replacement or keyboard part replacement?

Since your ESC key works in Linux but not Windows 11, the issue is likely software-related, not hardware. Try uninstalling Acer Nitro Sense and other background apps, check Filter Keys and Sticky Keys, run the Windows Keyboard Troubleshooter, and thoroughly uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver (deleting the driver software). If these fail, check BIOS settings and run SFC/DISM. Only consider a warranty claim if all software solutions are exhausted, emphasizing that the key works in Linux. Contacting Acer support for specific Windows 11 issues with your model is also a good step.

When I use BIOS settings, the ESC button also stops working, sometimes it needs to be pressed several times to work, but it will stop working again when entering other settings. Even when I restore to default settings in BIOS.

Is this your built-in keyboard? If so, please check for the FN key and a key indicating a keyboard lock logo, then press them simultaneously. Once done, check if you can utilize the function keys and Esc. If not, try connecting an external keyboard and check if the same issue persists.
