If your BitLocker recovery key isn't showing up in your Microsoft account, it could be because the key was saved elsewhere, such as a USB drive, a printout, or in a different Microsoft account if the device was set up by someone else or if you use a work/school account

Accessing Microsoft Account for Recovery Keys:
Sign in to your Microsoft account: Go to account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey.
Locate the device: Scroll down to "Devices" and click "View details" for the device requesting the recovery key.
Manage recovery keys: Click "Manage recovery keys".
Follow prompts: Microsoft will likely ask you to sign in again.
Refer to Key ID: The BitLocker Recovery screen shows you which recovery key is required. Reference the Key ID from the BitLocker recovery event screen to locate the appropriate recovery key.

If you still can't find it:
If you've exhausted all options and still can't find the key, contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
If you use a work/school account, contact their IT department for help.
As a last resort, you may need to reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options, which will erase all data.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
