Reset bios password, few of the application not working like Nitro sense, no wifi found.

hello everyone

I have a problem that i didn’t find any solution to it.

i left my laptop running on (but locked) for a few hours then came back unlocked, downloaded Valorant update but it didn’t update, then opened the nitrosense app but it didn’t work.

so i decided to restart it. But then big problem, when i unlocked it, no more wifi, no more sound, it didn’t read the usb keys i put in.

When i opened the bios to see if the problem was from the windows or the laptop, i forgot my password.

I tired to take off the battery and the cmos thing. But the password was still there.

what can i do?

(I live in Algéria and there’s no Acer center here)

The EEPROM needs to be reprogrammed (or replaced).
