Aspire1 Cloud book 11-Windows Restore problem, software update failed but don't know Product ID

I have an older aspire one Cloud book 11. during a software update windows failed. I need to restore windows, and I don't know my windows Product ID

    When resetting Windows on an Acer Aspire Cloudbook 11, you likely won't need a product key if it's a factory reset or a reinstall using the recovery partition, as the license is often tied to the hardware.
    If you are able to login into windows, to factory reset, go to Settings > System > Recovery > Reset this PC, and choose "Remove everything" or "Keep my files" depending on your needs, then follow the on-screen prompts.
    To reset your to factory settings using the recovery partition, press and hold "Alt" and "F10" keys repeatedly when the Acer logo appears during startup, which will boot into the recovery environment.
