Helo, I have an Acer Aspire A515-57 laptop and my bluetooth speaker (UBOOM L) connects to it but there is no audio. What can I do to resolve this?

Turn on the UBOOM L speaker. Press the Bluetooth button on the speaker to initiate pairing mode. You should hear a confirmation beep. The Bluetooth connection button will blink rapidly, indicating that the speaker is ready to pair.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or other device. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
If necessary, tell your device to scan for nearby devices. Select UBOOM L" from the list of available Bluetooth devices. If prompted for a password, enter "0000". Once connected, you should hear an audible confirmation, and the Bluetooth connection button on the speaker will stop blinking rapidly.

Ensure that no other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the audio output. Also, ensure the volume is turned up on both your laptop and the Bluetooth device. Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Open Volume Mixer" to check if any application or the overall volume is muted.
Verify that the Bluetooth device is actually connected and selected as the output device in Windows sound settings.

Check Windows Sound Settings: Go to Settings > System > Sound. In the Sound settings, go to the "Playback" tab. Make sure your Bluetooth device is listed and selected as the default output device. If the device shows as disconnected, right-click and select "Connect". If connected, right-click and select "Set as default device" choose the Headphones device.

    Troubleshoot:
Run the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Bluetooth and other devices.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

First set the speaker as the default audio device. Right-click on the sound icon in the taskbar, select "Sounds," navigate to the "Playback" tab, choose your Bluetooth speaker, and set it as the default device. This ensures that your laptop prioritizes the speaker for audio output.

Next, check the volume levels on both your laptop and the Bluetooth speaker. Confirm that neither device is muted and the volume is turned up sufficiently.

If the problem persists, try re-pairing your Bluetooth speaker. Remove the speaker from your list of paired devices in the Bluetooth settings, then reconnect it. This step often resolves connection-related issues.
