I use a dockingstation on my notebooks USB-C Port. Every time I undock and use the notebook USB-C will be blocked.

This problem is well known and I don't understand why it is ignored by Acer!

I use the latest Bios 1.64. In this forum it is sugested to downgrade to 1.08, but this is not possible.

When will Acer fix this anoing problem!?

It would be a great product, but in this shape it will be the last Acer Notebook to me.

Best regards

That type of issue tends to be inherent in the AMD implementation of USB. They are using a new standard, USB4, that is different than the Intel stuff used in previous version. With Intel the higher speed designs use Thunderbolt and AMD didn't want to purchase licensing for that. The issue is likely in a portion of the chipset drivers, rather than with the BIOS. Have you tried to use Windows update to search for newer drivers than what Acer offers?
