Acer XV272UW2 monitor - A lot of problems with this monitor mentioned below. Please help.

I use 2 monitors
I use this monitor and a 144HZ monitor
But this monitor has a problem
I play a game with Zenless Zone Zero, and suddenly the monitor screen changes to the picture
This phenomenon occurs randomly

There are 4 problems with the monitor

The screen is not clear
The screen is not centered
When I turn off or turn on the computer, there is an afterimage
The monitor turns on and off repeatedly

I live in South Korea, so I sent it for repair
The Korean company tested it, and there was no problem
So I can't repair it
I tried to replace the monitor using additional costs
But I received a reply that it was impossible due to Acer's rules
I am in a very difficult situation now
Please help me, I want to solve the problem with the monitor

What is even more surprising is that on the 144HZ monitor, I'm having trouble with this monitor even when I run the game
I'm using it by connecting it to the DP port

Additionally, surprisingly, this phenomenon only occurs when playing the game "Zenless Zone Zero"
The problem does not occur when playing other games or doing other actions

That certainly sounds like it's an issue with the game itself… Which driver version are you using for the GPU? Have you reached out to the game developers to see if they are aware of the issue?
