Can't launch windows in normal or safe mode, Is there any way I can get into my Nitro N50 640?

I'm assuming this is a graphics driver's issue. Whenever I turn on my computer, it only shows a black screen with a loading cursor. I tried to launch through safe mode but that does the exact same thing. Is there any way I can get into my computer and delete the graphics driver or swap to integrated graphics just to restart the drivers?

Hi, it would help telling us what device you are using, just Windows11 is insufficient information. What would get your issue resolved, for any PC, is a clean install of Windows11 23H2 with an ISO file downloaded from UUPdump.net on an installation USB.

Do a Hard Reset first as the EC, Chipset or bios chips could be frozen and need resetting, or at worse the gpu is fried and the laptop needs to be rest to work with the cpu graphics, as after doing the hard reset the laptop should boot properly. Seeing that you didn't tell us which exact Acer product you have do the below hard reset and if you have soldered inboard ram, don't do the ram section.

Hard Reset - Remove the screws securing the lower case to the upper case of your laptop, starting from the upper side, pry to release the upper side latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Disconnect the main battery cable from the mobo and take the main battery out. then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then at the bios mobo plug, short the + & - pins to reset CMOS and then take the ram out.

Leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) and then reconnect everything, if you have 2x ram modules, only connect 1x ram module and alternate the two ram modules and see if its not the ram that is faulty, as the laptop should turn on and boot properly.

If the above doesn't work then your laptop has either a faulty EC chip or a gpu that its vram or the gpu is fried and the laptop has no graphics and need its NVidia gpu disabled so that the cpu graphics can work. Take your laptop to a technical that can exactly pinpoint what the exact problem is.

Hi, remove the RAM modules and firmly reinstall the modules again in the slots. If still no boot possible bring this 2022 desktop to a reputable PC workshop preferably endorsed by Acer. If you can still boot to BIOS with F2 try to reinstall Windows11 with an ISO image on an USB installation drive.

It would have been nice if you would have said that your PC is the Nitro N50-640 desktop in your initial post! You can still do a hard reset by taking the main power cord out and take the button bios battery out and then shorting its +&- pins and then do a CLR_CMOS like below, leave the desktop like that for at least 30 min and let the mobo reset, then connect everything and see if the desktop fires up and its OS also fires up and works.

If the above doesn't work then your laptop has either a faulty EC chip or a gpu that its vram or the gpu is fried and the desktop has no graphics and needs its NVidia gpu changed. Take your laptop to a technical that can exactly pinpoint what the exact problem is.

Hi, that could be a fan and/or HDD failure, take the desktop to an Acer accredited PC workshop near you to check that.
