Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-57) having sudden drops in FPS while gaming

Hello, I have an Acer nitro 5 specifically AN515-57 and recently, ive been experiencing extreme fps drops while gaming, i'd go from 144 fps constantly to 4 FPS out of nowhere, the pc would be running completely normally for 20 minutes and then just dropping to really low FPS, and it wouldnt just be in the game, it would also effect the entire PC itself. The only way it would go back to normal is by force shutting down the PC. Ive tried everything from upgrading my graphics drivers to cleaning out my fans, but nothing has worked. I have even ordered brand new fans incase the ones I have right now are faulty. If anyone has an idea on what could be going on, I'd greatly appreciate the help.

EDIT: I have a intel i7-11800H with a Geforce RTX 3060 laptop GPU and 16 gb of DDR4-3200 MT/S
