Horizontal line issues with Predator Helios 300 PH315-53

Hello,

I am facing horizontal line issues with my Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 laptop.

Symptoms:

Horizontal lines appear on the screen.
The display moves up and down every 2 seconds, shifting approximately 0.5 cm or more after continuous use.
The issue has worsened over time.
After extended use in a day, the problem becomes more pronounced.
The next day, the display stabilizes slightly but eventually starts moving again after few minutes.

Since my laptop is out of warranty, I’d like to get advice before visiting a repair shop. The shop might provide incorrect advice or recommend unnecessary repairs to increase costs.

This issue is caused by a bad LCD panel. The only solution is to replace it.

Here are the LCD part numbers that you can find to replace:

The bottom 4 screens have better color gamuts.
