Hi, many Acer laptops, including the PH18 series, may not have explicit RAID configuration options in the BIOS. Instead, they often support modes like AHCI or RST with Optane. To enable RAID, you might need to select the "RST with Optane" option, as it allows Intel Rapid Storage Technology to manage RAID configurations. Given the large size and high speed of NVMe Gen 4 SSDs it makes no sense to go for RAID:
RAID 0 (Striping): Enhances performance by splitting data across two drives but provides no redundancy. IMO, with a large, fast 4TB SSD, the performance benefits will not be noticeable.

RAID 1 (Mirroring): Offers data redundancy by duplicating data on two drives. If you're concerned about data loss and have two 4TB SSDs, RAID 1 could be useful. Instead, you can use an external 4TB backup drive and backup your complete boot drive weekly/monthly.

RST with Optane: Optane is designed to accelerate traditional HDDs by acting as a cache. Since SSDs are already very fast, pairing them with Optane provides no benefit. Therefore, RST+Optane isn’t necessary for SSD-only setups.

I would backup your boot drive and install a larger boot drive(s), then Change Sata mode RAID -0 to AHCI and restore your backup. Make a Windows Recovery disk (USB flash drive) and backup your Boot drive after each Windows update or every month. Check that Windows System Protection is turned on with 10% of the boot drive reserved for restore points. But that is just me, others may disagree.
