I updated all my drivers and checked everything, and I also changed three HDMI cables, but I can't connect to my TV on my Acer Aspire 3 laptop.

Ensure the TV input source is set to the HDMI port you're using, Try to use the function key combination (often Fn + F6) to switch display modes.

Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings".
Go to the "Multiple displays" section and click "Detect".
Choose to "Extend" or "Duplicate" your display, depending on your preference.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

If your HDMI isn't working on your Acer Aspire 3 laptop, try these troubleshooting steps: verify cable connections, check TV input, update graphics drivers, and explore display settings.

    1. Check Connections and Cables:
Ensure a secure connection: Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable from both the laptop and the TV, making sure it's plugged in firmly.
Try a different HDMI port: Test with a different HDMI port on your TV.
Test with a different cable: If possible, use a different HDMI cable to rule out a faulty cable.
    2. Check TV Input Source:
      Select the correct input:
Use your TV remote to make sure the TV is set to the HDMI input that the cable is plugged into.
      Check for other input sources:
If the TV is not displaying the HDMI signal, try switching to another input source.
    3. Update Graphics Drivers:
Update drivers: Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can cause HDMI issues.
Go to Device Manager: Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager".
Expand Display Adapters: Expand the "Display Adapters" section.
Update Driver: Right-click on your graphics card and select "Update Driver".
Search automatically: Choose "Search automatically for drivers".
Restart your PC: After updating the drivers, restart your laptop.
    4. Check Display Settings:
Press Windows + P: Press the Windows key and the P key simultaneously to open display settings.
Select Display Mode: Choose "Duplicate," "Extend," or "Second Screen" depending on your needs.
Adjust Resolution: If the screen is not displaying correctly, adjust the resolution in Windows settings to match the TV's resolution.
Check for multiple display options: In the Windows search bar, type "display" and select "Multiple display settings".
Advanced display settings: Click on "Advanced display settings" and select your desired HDMI device.
