NitroSense won't load in my Nitro AN517-51, shows loading circle but nothing comes up.

Hi, i got a Nitro AN517-51

Serial number: NHQ5CEC008XXXXXXXXXXXX

For the last few days, my NitroSense won't load, when i clicked on the shortcut, it showed a loading circle but nothing came up, when i tapped on the NitroSense keyboard shortcut, it showed a loading circle that blicked but nothing came up as well.

I tried to reinstall but now it won't even give me a desktop shortcut when i install it from the setup app from the folder i downloaded from the acer website and the NitroSense keyboard shortcut does the same thing as before.

Anyone has any ideas or solutions to fix this? Thank you.

-Download the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled nitro sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install. Let it clear those files.

-Open cmd as Administrator and run this command- lodctr /R

-Now, Download nitro sense from the acer website and installed it. (If there are different version of application available then try botth one by one and check which work for you)
