I powerwashed my acer chromebook because the internet wasn't working. Now the internet still doesn't work and I can't even get back to the dashboard. What should I do?

Check Wi-Fi connection. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your Chromebook and that you're connected to the correct network.

Turn off your Chromebook (don't just close the lid - do a complete power off)
Turn off your WiFi router by unplugging the power cord.
    Wait 10 seconds or so.
Plug in the power to the router and watch the blinking lights until it boots up completely.
Turn on your Chromebook and wait for it to connect to the WiFi. The WiFi connection icon will stop pulsing.
    Sign in to your profile.
Did that fix it?, if no

Forget and reconnect to the network:
In Chromebook settings, go to "Network" and then "Known Networks." Select your Wi-Fi network, click the three dots, and choose "Forget this network." Then, reconnect to the network by re-entering the password.
    Check for IP address issues:
If you're using a static IP address, ensure it's configured correctly. You can also try obtaining an IP address automatically from the router.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
