Low recording volume Predator Helios Neo 16

Hello, I've recently bought a Predator Helios Neo 16, and I'm struggling with audio input. I tested a headset, but the input volume was really low. Then, I tried a USB microphone, and the problem persisted. I tried increasing the Windows volume, updating drivers, and multiple other solutions I found online, but I’m not sure what else I can do.

As an example, I connected the same USB microphone to my old laptop (Aspire E 15), and in Audacity, it recorded my voice at -6 dB. However, on the Predator Helios Neo 16, it only records at -30 dB.

Does anyone know how to fix this or have any suggestions? I'd really appreciate any help—thanks in advance!

For future reference I fixed my problem in the Predator Sense, as suggested by @Axxo .

I fixed it at the Predator Sense (Home Page)→ View All Features → Acer Purified Voice → Open

Acer Purified Voice → (Select Your Microphone) → Disable All Noises Reduction (at the Microphone).
