The downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10 might have caused compatibility issues with your audio drivers. To address this, enable hidden devices in Device Manager, check for the Realtek audio device under "Sound, video, and game controllers," and enable it if found. Run the Windows Troubleshooter by navigating to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot and selecting "Playing Audio." Additionally, download and install the latest Realtek audio drivers from the Acer Support page. Reset the Windows Audio Services by pressing Windows + R, typing services.msc, and restarting "Windows Audio" and "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder," ensuring their startup type is set to "Automatic." Finally, verify that onboard audio is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings by entering the BIOS during startup (using F2 or Del) and checking the audio configuration.
