I have a PH3D15-71 laptop and an Acer DS1 Monitor 3D SpatialLabs View Pro (ASV15-1BP).
When viewing side-by-side 3D photos, I cannot get eye tracking with GO to work properly on my PH3D15-71 laptop. The only way to get stereoscopic images to align with the eyes properly via eye tracking, is by … moving the mouse pointer. Otherwise, the alignment is static. What a bizarre bug!
I've got my ASV15-1BP plugged into a Windows 11 PC with an RTX 3080 Ti. Eye tracking alignment with GO works on the ASV15-1BP for a few sessions, and then inevitably breaks. However, moving the mouse pointer does not trigger an update of the alignment, like on the PH3D15-71. The only way to fix it is by rebooting the PC. I've tried restarting the two services related to eye tracking, to no avail.
I've downloaded the latest SpatialLabs Experience Center on both my PC and PH3D15-71 laptop. The bug remains.
Anyone else with this issue? Is there a solution? Thanks in advance!
