New Tablet Turrets it either freezes or starts to glitch by jumping all over the place.

I barely used the tablet two months and now its impossible to use. Whenever Im using it for even a short period of time it either freezes or starts to glitch by jumping all over the place. For a new tablet I am very frustrated.

    You don't tell us what tablet you have. Have you contacted Acer support? That sounds like a warranty issue…

    Thankyou, I finally got thru to ACER and it is a warranty issue they said they would replace the tablet. it is an Acer Iconic 10"

    Power off the tablet.
    Press and hold the Volume up button.
    With the Volume up button held, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release it. ...
    Once the tablet vibrates, switch the touch screen lock switch on and off repeatedly while still holding the Volume up button.

    Start by restarting the device in Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the problem. Press and hold the power button until the power menu appears, then hold "Power Off" until "Safe Mode" is displayed. If the tablet works normally in Safe Mode, uninstall recently installed apps that might be the cause. Next, clear the cache by going to Settings > Storage and ensure there's sufficient free storage space, as low storage can lead to performance issues. Check for system updates by navigating to Settings > System > Software Update, and install any available updates to keep the tablet up to date. Lastly, try restarting the device
