Brand New Acer Predator Helios Neo16 (PHN16-72) Screen not turning on at all, not even backlight.

Keyboard light is turning on, and all buttons are fine. Laptop is perfectly fine, and I could see the screen when connecting to an external display through HDMI. But laptop screen is not turning on all, not even the backlight, it is gone dark completely.

Laptop is barely used and brand new.

If your brand new Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-72) screen is completely black and not turning on at all, even with the backlight, and you can see the screen on an external display, it may be a hardware or driver issue, and you should contact Acer support for assistance.

    Troubleshooting Steps:-

Check Connections: Ensure the power adapter and any other cables are securely connected. Hard Reset: Perform a hard reset as described above.

Safe Mode: Try booting into Safe Mode to see if the screen works in a minimal environment. External Display: Connect to an external display to see if the issue is with the laptop screen. Update Drivers: Update your graphics drivers, especially if you suspect a driver issue.

Contact Acer Support: If none of the above steps work, contact Acer support for further assistance.
