Acer BIOS locked by passwords, grayed out settings, unable to reset due to GPU blocking CMOS battery

I messed up with my bios settings and set upo a user password and a supurvisor password now every time I log in I have to enter password but the problem is now all other options are grayed out and I cant make any changes and the default change is also unavaible in the settings any way to fix this it's on my acer computer I tried to find the the battery to reset to factory setting on mother board but it appers that its undermy gpu because I cant locate it properly and I cant remove my gpu because the thing is very hard stcuk the lock maginism on the graphic card is not realsing. Any way this can be fixed ?

Hi, if you cannot clear the password in BIOS security or you forgot the BIOS password you have to bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country as removing the CMOS battery won't reset the password. Acer will reprogram the EEPROM for a small service fee,

I do hav ethe passwords just I cant enter it for superviser mode in bios settings I am in canada how much it woule be i dont have much income i am on social asistance This is my mother pc

In the BIOS remove the passwords by changing them from the current ones to a blank one. No need to take it to a service center unless you forget them.
