If it’s a new laptop out of the box and unused and not one of their display laptops then take the Nitro ANV16-41 back to officeworks and get them to change the laptop, don’t buy the AMD cpu version, if you can afford get the i9-14900HX that can operate on DDR5-5600MT/s CL46 type ram at 64GB which is the model Acer Nitro V 16 ANV16-71 with the RTX4046 GPU, as it’s a much better model gaming laptop and you will not have so much trouble with crashing and overheating and also support, as Intel allot better support than AMD. Btw, I'm in Australia also so i know officeworks very well and they will exchange the laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out

It say running in to a problem, but even after i run sfc /scannow or do a full scan it still showing that there isn't any cocorrupted file. Should i return the lap to office work to do a quick check?

why does the blue screen happen please explain…

The BSOD blue screens are common on AMD cpu laptops as they are not as well supported as the Intel cpu gaming laptops, the AMD is a great cpu for gaming in desktops but in laptops they lag behind the intel. The BSOD blue screen could be happening form many issues, next time (if there is a next time) take a caption of the onscreen error code, as every BSOD has one and there are many error codes but in this case it could be either the CPU drivers or the NVidia gpu that is giving problems, I'm not sure..

With returning the ANV16-41, put everything back in its original box and take it back to officeworks and get them to exchange the ANV16-41 for an Intel ANV16-71 preferably the i9-14900HX cpu and the RTX4060 gpu as that laptop can operate on max speed DDR%-5600MT/s CL46 type ram, if not get the i7-14650HX cpu that operates with max DDR5-4800 CL40 type ram, as that is the next best model. with the ram fitted to these laptops, they DO NOT WORK WITH XPM overclocked ram ONLY normal ram. Good luck.
