Aspire 7 laptop only shows blue flashing and amber lights flashing, no power

help, how to fix this laptop, when I charge it without the battery, there is no power but the blue flashes light for a time when I try to press the power multiple times and when I try to power on with the battery and charged it, it has a amber light but again the blue light flashes a single time by doing the same thing. Any solutions to this prior issue? Thanks and I will love to hear it

Hi, don't try to run your laptop without a battery, Windows will shut the system down or the laptop won't boot without battery. Run a battery report: paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, right click or press Ctrl+P and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.

If your Acer Aspire 7 isn't powering on, try a hard reset by disconnecting the power cord, removing the battery (if possible), holding the power button for 30 seconds, and then reconnecting everything.

1. Basic Checks:
   Power Source:
