My PO3 640 has a RTX 3070, 16 gb ram, i7 12700f

I want to know what is the best Noctua CPU fan would be best but i also don't want to take out my motherboard.

The Noctua NH-D12L looks good but i don't know if its too tall or if i have to take out the motherboard. And the Noctua NS-U9S also looks good.

My temps are making me nervous.

Hi @alienguy360 I can't tell you if the fan you're talking about is the right size for your computer, but I can give you the specifications of the original, although the easiest thing would be to take out the one that's in the computer and compare it with the new one. In any case, what problem do you have exactly?
Not all temperature problems are solved by changing the fan.
Does the excess temperature occur during normal use or only when you subject the computer to maximum performance, such as when you use powerful video applications or games?
Can you see if the heating occurs in the CPU, in the GPU or in both?
