Restoring a previous version of BIOS is generally not considered "easy" as it requires accessing the BIOS settings during boot and navigating to a specific recovery or backup section. In few cases you might need to manually flash a backup file, which can be risky if done incorrectly.

    Reset BIOS Settings
Hold down the Shift key while restarting your computer. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart. Look for options like “Load Setup Defaults” or “Load Default Options”
To access the BIOS setup utility, restart your computer and press the key indicated during startup (usually F2, F10, DEL, or ESC). Confirm the reset and exit

    Try to disable fast startup.
Search for and open Control Panel using the search feature.
Choose View by: Category, then select Hardware and Sound.
Select Power Options. Select Choose what the power buttons do.
Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Check or uncheck turn on fast startup to enable or disable the feature.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

Sharanji, I did every step and could change those settings, but everything remains same, by the way, thanks for being so clear. I don´t know another way to fix this, since the problem is when my computer starts no when windows does it, so far Windows is working well.
