Try a power reset. To reset your Acer laptop using the battery reset pinhole, first ensure the laptop is turned off and unplugged from the AC adapter. Locate the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of your laptop, usually marked with a battery icon. Using a small paperclip or a similar object, press and hold the reset button inside the pinhole for about 5 seconds. After releasing the button, wait for approximately 5 minutes before plugging in the AC adapter and powering on your laptop.

Restart your computer - Restarting your system may help your touchpad start responding again. Reset BIOS or UEFI to default settings - Some systems have touchpad settings in the BIOS/UEFI. Reinstall touchpad drivers - Missing or incorrect drivers may cause your touchpad to not work properly.

Thank you for the suggestions, I tried it all but nothing's work. Should I try to check my internal battery?

Have you tried in safe mode?
    Restart the computer.
At the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down and then click Power > Restart.
After the computer restarts to the Choose an Option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.

If the keyboard is not work on sig-in page, follow these steps to enter Safe Mode. Windows 10 or 11 will automatically boot into the Windows Recovery Environment if Windows fails to start three times in a row. Three consecutive failed attempts trigger this action.
At the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. then, select Advanced Options. Select Advanced Startup Options. Select Startup Settings. Select Restart. The computer restarts and enters the Startup Settings menu. Select 4 or F4 to start the computer in Safe Mode.

Thank you , I'll try this one ..Is there a possibility that there's a problem in the hardware if none of those options will work?
