Hi all, I just picked up a Nitro V15 laptop withthe Ryzen 7, 16gb ram and rtx4050. I wanted to get a docking station as I'm using it a drawing tablet so not to keep plugging the wires HDMI and 2 USB cable on and put. Do I need a special dock or would a dell thunderbolt 3 model-TB16 and 130watt power supply work.

Hi, I recommend a universal USB-C dock with DisplayLink technology like the Belkin Universal USB-C Triple Display Dock. It supports up to three 4K displays and is compatible with MacBook, Chromebook, and Windows laptops. It also offers multiple ports, including HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-A, USB-C, Ethernet, and audio in/out, along with up to 85W of power delivery.

Another option is the Plugable USB-C Triple Display Docking Station, which provides support for three monitors, 100W laptop charging, and a variety of ports for comprehensive connectivity.

Note that the power output of these docs may not be sufficient to charge your laptop and that you may get the low power popup so you may want to use the barrel plug power adapter that comes with the laptop in addition to the dock.
