Acer Travelmate TMP259-G2-MG Can't adjust brightness in any ways

I have problem with regards adjusting the brightness of my laptop Acer Travelmate P259, also updating the OS and drivers. Please help!

    @NurHam

    if you go into settings/system/display do you see the change brightness slider? can you adjust the brightness that way?

    To adjust brightness using "Fn + right arrow key," press and hold the "Fn" key while simultaneously pressing the right arrow key on your keyboard; this typically increases the screen brightness on most laptops.

    Which P259 model do you have? There were at least four different base models during that mid-201x era. Which OS are you running? IIRC they came with Windows 10 and weren't compatible with Windows 11. Also, brightness controls may be dependent on which GPU you have, since they shipped with more than one type.

    OK, I think that SKU came with an Nvidia GeForce 940MX GPU built in. Which version of the driver is installed? Nvidia has much newer versions than Acer has on their site.

    Try to install the Intel graphics driver.
