Veriton N2590G (VN2590G_Egi51335U)- Problem on powering up my computer

After trying to manage BIOS I have a problem powering up my computer.

The BIOS was restored to default, but as I powered it off, trying to power it back on turned the computer on, but the screen remained off.
Only unplugging the computer power from its cord and reconnecting, will enable powering it back on as needed.

The basic problem was that the computer was turned on from sleep mode, as the mouse moved. Everything I have done could not solve this.

You should be running R01-B0 BIOS, but let's get the rest of the system working right first. Which CPU does yours have? There are two different motherboard types on these models, some with Universal Flash Storage support and some without. The BIOS is different for those two types, even though the version numbers are the same.
