Have you check your volume ?

Do you have the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the taskbar.

The jack on the front is for earphone and microphone, If the earphone is connected, it will kill your speaker.

Usually a green jack on the back.

If the speakers are amplified, they have to be plugged up to the wall power.

The audio in the TC-860 desktop is governed not only by the Realtek driver but the graphics Intel and NVidia drivers audio. I suggest that you completely uninstall all the Intel audio and graphics drivers through Device Manager and also the Realtek audio, then uninstall the NVidia graphics and audio with DDU uninstaller and then reinstall the oem initial Intel graphics driver and NVidia driver from the Acer support page for the TC-860 as this should reinstate all the audio in your TC-860 desktop. Afterwards these drivers will be updated by windows update to the most suitable Win-11 24H2 version OS build: 26100.3323 which is the latest.

Also update the bios to the last version R01-B0 for the TC-860 desktop, try that and lets us know if doing all this has fixed the audio issue, otherwise its a hardware issue, so check that out also. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
