I installed Windows 11 on my A315-510P-362L without internet connection, dowloaded the drivers on a USB flash drive and installed them thereafter. There is no WiFi network.
Going to Device Manager/Other devices/Network controller showed that mine is Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211. However, it is not available in the list of WiFi drivers (currently the available ones are AX101, INT9560, and MTK7902).
Here is what Copilot suggested:
Q: "In Network Controller "Device PCI\VEN_80868&DEV_54F0&SUBSYS_02448086&REV_00\3&11583659&0&A3 requires further installation." Which is the correct driver?
A: "The device ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_54F0&SUBSYS_02448086 corresponds to the Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 (Gig+) Network Adapter. To resolve the "requires further installation" issue, you should download and install the latest driver for this adapter. Here's how:
Download the Driver:
Visit the Intel Driver & Support Assistant or the official website of your laptop manufacturer (e.g., Acer) to download the latest driver for the Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 adapter."
Is this information correct? Would it be safe to download from the Intel website if this driver is not in the list of Acer for the model above?
I installed INT9560 and MTK7902. How should I remove them?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Kind regards,
Georgi
