We have been seeing a problem with random keys on this model not working. Sometimes a powerwash will fix it but not always. We don't want to buy new keyboards to replace these non working ones. Anyone else seen this issue or have a fix?

I haven't seen it specifically with that model, but we have seen other models have weird keyboard issues after OS updates…

Have you found a way to fix the issue?

    Fix problems with your keyboard

    1. Turn off the Chromebook and then turn it back on.
    2. Use the keys while you browse as a guest.
    3. Complete a hard reset on your Chromebook hardware.
    4. If the owner account has problems, perform a factory reset on the Chromebook.
