The fact that neither the battery nor charger lights are working, regardless of whether the charger is connected, suggests a few potential problems. First, there could be an issue with the power adapter or cable, which might be faulty and not supplying power to the laptop.

Lets try a power reset. To reset your Acer laptop using the battery reset pinhole, first ensure the laptop is turned off and unplugged from the AC adapter. Locate the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of your laptop, usually marked with a battery icon. Using a small paperclip or a similar object, press and hold the reset button inside the pinhole for about 5 seconds. After releasing the button, wait for approximately 5 minutes before plugging in the AC adapter and powering on your laptop. This process temporarily disconnects and reconnects the internal battery, which can help resolve power and battery-related issues.

If the problem persists, contacting Acer support for further assistance is recommended. Acer Support

Well, before I try this method, I guess you misunderstood me because the charger is working properly but just the lights are not working. Here is a screenshot of my battery level while connecting the charger.

It's not about adapter or even power cable because when I used to turn on laptop running on battery, there was one blue light turning on, but not not even a single light

Given that your Acer laptop previously showed a blue light when running on battery but now shows no lights at all, it suggests a deeper issue. There could be a problem with the internal components, such as the power circuit. It might be best to contact Acer Support or visit a professional technician for a thorough diagnosis and repair.

Turn off the laptop. Disconnect or unplug the charger cable, devices or any other cables connected to your laptop. Close your laptop. Turn it upside down. On the bottom of the laptop, you can find a pin hole. It is a tiny hole. You can a find a battery symbol indicator next to the hole. It is like a + and - sign symbol as though somebody is trying to shift the battery out. Insert the pin on to the hole for 30 seconds. Remove the pin. Flip the laptop. Connect the charger cable, turn on the computer. Only on laptops where the battery is inbuilt you can find the battery reset hole on the back of laptop.

If you dont find a pin hole on the back of laptop then you might be using removable battery. There is no need to unscrew anything to remove the battery. Turn off the laptop. Disconnect or unplug the charger cable, devices and any other cables connected to your laptop. Close your laptop. Turn it upside down. On the bottom of the laptop, please look at the top or bottom depending on the way you look at it. You can find a long door. It is a battery removable door. Just below that you can find a latch. If you move the latch you can remove the battery door. Once the battery is removed, flip the laptop. Open the top cover, press and hold the power button for 1 minute. Connect the battery back on the back of computer. Connect the charger cable back and then turn on the computer.

While turning on the computer, tap f2. It will go to bios. Press f9 once. It will show load bios defaults with a yes or no popup. Press enter. Popup screen will disappear. Press f10 once. It will show save changes popup with yes or no. Press enter. Computer will restart and it will load into windows.

So currently, your laptop has no LED indicator at all? (power LED and the charger LED)

Check the cable connecting between the USB board and the motherboard.
