I saw in the specs that display port version of Acer Predator XB273U V3 is 1.2, and the monitor can higher up to 180hz, but DP1.2 only support until 144hz only no? Is it using any technic or I am wrong?

The Predator XB273U V3 monitor can indeed support up to 180Hz refresh rate, but this is only achievable with a DisplayPort 1.4 connection. If you're using DisplayPort 1.2, the maximum supported refresh rate is 144Hz.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

    From the User Manual:

So the 165Hz and 180Hz modes are only available using DP and at QHD.
