New Apire 5 15 N23C3 Start issues after W11 update - black screen, No post and Keyboard light issues

HI my laptop is only a few months and old won't start up anymore after W11 update. Keyboard lights come on but screen stays black when plugged in no post no logo cannot access bios. Doesn't turn on at all on battery only - no keyboards lights. When plugged in battery charging light is amber. Have tried with a different popwer adapter. Have done resets with unplugged and holding power for 1 minute. Done same after discinnecting battery via the pin hole. Initialy before the reset kb lights stayed on, after reset they come on and go off after a few seconds. Absolute zero, basically new laptop and now useless. Please help.

Update the KB lights now stay on and it doesnt shutdown immediately but black screen persists. Have obviously tried ctrl/win/shitf/b to no avail
